Patches are welcome ;-)

It is quite a big problem to maintain alsa-source which builds
different against Debians kernel and a customized vanilla one. This
has to be done on 11-14 different platforms. The Debian kernel team
does a very good job so users have to rely on Debians build.

If you need snd-seq-oss build from kernel-source fila a bug against
linux-2.6 or whatever kernel you want.
