Package: mkisofs
Version: 4:2.01+01a03-1
Followup-For: Bug #329039
Just experimented. Creating an image from photos:
odin:..vat/digicam/Skotlanti-2005% mkisofs -r -l -J -o /tmp/skottikuvat.iso
papercopy
INFO: ISO-8859-15 character encoding detected by locale settings.
Assuming ISO-8859-15 encoded filenames on source filesystem,
use -input-charset to override.
zsh: segmentation fault (core dumped) mkisofs -r -l -J -o /tmp/skottikuvat.iso
papercopy
Took a look at already reported segfaults and they had Joliet in common.
So, tried without -J:
odin:..vat/digicam/Skotlanti-2005% mkisofs -r -l -o /tmp/skottikuvat.iso
papercopy
INFO: ISO-8859-15 character encoding detected by locale settings.
Assuming ISO-8859-15 encoded filenames on source filesystem,
use -input-charset to override.
4.85% done, estimate finish Mon Sep 19 18:55:00 2005
[...and so forth]
So it's something about creating Joliet filesystem.
