If /etc/hosts includes
::1 localhost
(which true by default on squeeze), then doing e.g.
lynx http://localhost/wims/
does not offer the link 'WIMS online maintenance' which is crucial for managing
the server.
This might also explain the issue with the 'We are too busy' message.
