alright; to make sure you don't delay the perl transition in any way, you might want to apply a hot fix until the new upstream release is out; asking for sponsorship from perl people might help get a fixed package in the archive very quickly. (Dropping Peter from Cc, his mail bounces.) Mraw, KiBi.
