liblocale-gettext-perl is one of the ~400 packages that are
entangled in the current perl 5.10->5.12 transition.
perl 5.12 was uploaded on Sunday evening, and now all arch:any
packages depending on it directly or indirectly need to be binNMU'd.
The release team and the perl maintainers are already handling this
effort.
So at the moment we all have to wait a few days ...
