This is expected, and the dependency is correct. Please do not change it. We are in the middle of an OCaml transition. So, the package needs to be recompiled. We scheduled a binNMU, but it failed to build due to Python issues. The bug is reported as #623165. As soon as #623165 is fixed, it will be reinstallable again.
