Package: python-gtk2
Version: 2.17.0-4
Severity: important

Hi there,

Seems buildds are unable to build newest claws-mail-extra-plugins package
because the dependency chain is broken by python-gtk2. They show:

Dependency installability problem for claws-mail-extra-plugins on
   $arch:
  claws-mail-extra-plugins (= 3.7.9-1) build-depends on one of:
  - python-gtk2-dev (= 2.17.0-4)
  python-gtk2-dev (= 2.17.0-4) depends on one of:
  - python-gtk2 (= 2.17.0-4+b1)
  python-gtk2 (= 2.17.0-4+b1) depends on missing:
  - python2.5-cairo

As I understand, shouldn't it depend on python2.6-cairo? (just guessing
though). Also, should I change python-gtk2-dev Build-Depend of the
extra-plugins package to something else (that I've failed to found), or
is this just a transient problem?

thanks in advance,

That's not a version _number_.

Severity: grave

Justification: renders package unusable

After last upgrade, I'm left without all the GNOME apps that depend
on python-gtk2 as the package fails to install due to uninstallable
dependency (python2.5-cairo).

I guess this is fixed now. It required a binNMU, only.

Regards,
