Hi Martin, thanks a lot for your bug report. I've created a new Debian installation (unstable) and installed canorus. Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce the error you're seeing. Canorus starts up fine and behaves as I would expect. Do you have the chance to create a fresh Debian installation and see if you can reproduce the error there?
