Sorry if that already has been dealt with (it has now CAN to check it). Otherwise please adjust the severity (they just cite some bz-numbers, do not give details). Maybe you can, via the security team, request a CAN? Sorry for this vague report, you can probably check the details much better than I can. -- System Information Debian Release: 3.0 Architecture: i386 Kernel: Linux zibal 2.4.27-grsec #1 Wed Dec 22 15:20:05 CET 2004 i686 Locale: LANG=en_US, LC_CTYPE=en_US --------------------------------------- Received: (at 319526-done) by bugs.debian.org; 15 Sep 2005 19:35:04 +0000 >From [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thu Sep 15 12:35:04 2005 Return-path: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Received: from mail3b.westend.com (mail3b2.westend.com) [212.117.79.78] by spohr.debian.org with esmtp (Exim 3.36 1 (Debian)) id 1EFzVf-0001ck-00; Thu, 15 Sep 2005 12:35:04 -0700 Received: from localhost (localhost [127.0.0.1]) by mail3b2.westend.com (Postfix) with ESMTP id DBB381212CF for <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>; Thu, 15 Sep 2005 21:34:59 +0200 (CEST) Received: from mail3b2.westend.com ([127.0.0.1]) by localhost (mail3b [127.0.0.1]) (amavisd-new, port 20024) with ESMTP id 05308-02 for <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>; Thu, 15 Sep 2005 21:34:55 +0200 (CEST) Received: from app109.intern (gate.lathspell.de [212.117.68.82]) by mail3b2.westend.com (Postfix) with ESMTP id 751E61212CC for <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>; Thu, 15 Sep 2005 21:34:55 +0200 (CEST) Date: Thu, 15 Sep 2005 21:34:54 +0200 From: Christian Hammers <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Re: Bug#319526: mysql-server: An update to MySQL version 4.1.12 fixes a low-impact security problem Message-ID: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> In-Reply-To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> References: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> X-Mailer: Sylpheed-Claws 1.0.5 (GTK+ 1.2.10; x86_64-pc-linux-gnu) Mime-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=US-ASCII Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Delivered-To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] X-Spam-Checker-Version: SpamAssassin 2.60-bugs.debian.org_2005_01_02 (1.212-2003-09-23-exp) on spohr.debian.org X-Spam-Level: X-Spam-Status: No, hits=-6.0 required=4.0 tests=BAYES_00,HAS_BUG_NUMBER autolearn=no version=2.60-bugs.debian.org_2005_01_02 This has been fixed in DSA783. bye, -christian- -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
