Package: octave-plplot
Severity: serious
Tags: patch
Justification: Policy 2.2.1

The current octave-plplot depends on hdf5 1.6.2, which has been replaced
with hdf5 1.6.4. Since plplot is not currently in testing, this is not
holding up the testing migration of hdf5, but this package still does
need a rebuild to pick up the current library versions.

No changes to the source package should be required, so all that should
be necessary is a new upload of the package (such as one fixing #274359).
Please make sure, though, when preparing a new upload, that the correct
version of hdf5 is picked up by octave-plplot.

Thanks!
