The package got built against sqlite 3.7.4-2: https://buildd.debian.org/fetch.cgi?pkg=iceowl;ver=1.0~b1%2Bdfsg2-1;arch=amd64;stamp=1295216818 but dpkg added a dependency against 3.7.3 since we don't use any of the 3.7.4 symbols which is correct. We have shlibs for this so we can disable the runtiime check as done in icedove and iceowl. This didn't show up in my testing since I either built against 3.7.3 or had 3.7.4 installed.
