Yes, that is the situation the person who suggested this necessaty probably
argues can occur. I agree.
But this two-so approach wouldn't allow it.
i'm right thinking at versioned symbols, libcurl3 and libcurl3-gnutls as the
solution to my packaging problems. i'll send you a patch, i think you are
also interested in versioned symbols too.
I might be, yes, depending on how intrusive the patch is.
