As this won't be able to migrate to testing[1], please prepare a
testing-proposed-updates upload to fix this and send a debdiff to
debian-release for approval.

[1] xsd 3.3.0-1 was uploaded as a new upstream version last week, in
order to fix a minor bug; that bug most likely wouldn't qualify for a
freeze exception, but a diffstat of "3412 files changed, 330811
insertions(+), 231494 deletions(-)" certainly doesn't.
