Off course this does not change anything in the way a system boots but the hypervisor obvously changes the way hardware is accessed isn't it ?
Its not speculation its a fact - on this system the same kernel and initrd only are able to boot without the hypervisor loaded - Don't believe it - contact me by PM you can have IP-KVM-Access to that system convince yourself .
