Hi Ralph, I'm the author of MP3 Diags.
There isn't enough information in the bug report to allow me to fix the issue. What I'd really like is to get a file from you, along with instructions about how to make the program crash, and get MP3 Diags to crash on my computer. Then I should be able to fix it pretty soon. I know that that's not always possible, but let's see how close we can get to it. So my first question is how reproducible this bug is (always, most of the times, seldom, only once).
