Thanx for that quick reaction. Sorry for the following misunderstanding: I did not upgrade fglrx-driver but only upgrade my installation from lenny to squeeze. Meanwhile, I have now completely switched to the testing distribution and I do not have fglrx-driver installed. Still the problem persists (see longer log below)
