Yes, you will. The log indicates that there was a problem with the GPG signature on the .changes file you uploaded, so you'll want to check that first. The filename also suggests that you made a source-only upload, which isn't allowed for Debian. If you're using something like pbuilder and have an _source.changes and an _(amd64|i386|whatever).changes, you most likely want the latter.
