Hi Laurence, e16 has these open RC bugs:
http://bugs.debian.org/567770 (config files/upgrades) http://bugs.debian.org/572465 (autopoint build-dep) We are getting closer to the release of Squeeze, and these bugs have to be resolved. The options are, in order of preference: * Maintainer upload * NMU * Removal from testing Because they have been open much longer than 7 days, section 5.11.1 of the Developer's Reference suggests we only have to give you two days notice before uploading an NMU. In practice this means uploading to DELAYED/2. Normally I would not ask in advance like this, but I notice that #567770 was actually caused by the NMU upload for #552046, so I recognise this could get pretty inflammatory if I were to cause more problems. I'm still going to prepare a fix. If I don't do it, someone else certainly will.
