that is indeed a problem, both upstream and myself are currently in the process of trying to contact the copyright holders of the offending files. Upstream has already removed almost all offending files. If rights to the remaining files cannot be secured a replacement will be ported from a GPL or BSD source. In the meantime, this bug should probably remain open, me or upstream will update this bug once the last of the copyright questions have been answered and/or a free replacement has been released. - Hein-Pieter van Braam
