I'm going to manually reject the titantools_4.0.11-7 upload. Could ypu please rebuild titan tools against the same orig.tar.gz, but artificially bump the upstream version of the package, perhaps to something like 4.0.11+notdfsg1, building a 4.0.11+notdfsg1-1 debian version.
