ah perfect (i did the check only in unstable). I just requested an unblock for isdnutils (since there wasn't a request for that yet) and added in X-Debugs-CC you, so you can track that. I think, anyhow, that you can ask the removal of tcl8.3 from unstable, since the isdnutils depends on that only in testing, and once it migrates it will "set tcl8.3 free" and it will be semi-auto-removed. Anyhow, it's up to you :) (I just stumbled upon this bug and given a heads-up).
