Package: xdg-utils
Version: 1.0.2+cvs20100307-1
Severity: normal
File: /usr/bin/xdg-email

Hi,

trying to send a mail via

  xdg-email <address>

fails with an error from awk:

  awk: line 15: regular expression compile failed (bad class -- [], [^] or [)
  [...@a-za-z0-9.-\\
  awk: line 15: syntax error at or near ]
  awk: line 17: syntax error at or near else
  awk: line 20: syntax error at or near }

Using a mailto-uri works, but still produces some error messages:

  test: 697: Illegal number: KDE Development Platform: 4.4.4 (KDE 4.4.4)

Regards,
Ansgar
