Version: 1.0-7
Severity: serious

Hello,

when renaming libqca1 to libqca1c2, the build-dependency on
libqt3-mt-dev should have been bumped to (>= 3:3.3.4-4).

Unlike normal applications, libraries are expected to specify in their
Build-Depends the transitioned versions of other libraries they link
against, in order to ensure they end up depending on the packages
providing such libraries with the appropriate ABI version.

  Cheers,
