Sorry, all I have kept is the log file. The chroots are deleted automatically. I do notice the problem was no longer present 2010-08-01, at least not according to the log. Perhaps the problem was with some other package? Looking at the diff of the two logs, I am starting to suspect the problem might have been with the chroot removal, and that the real issue was that the install/upgrade was done on top of an existing chroot. In that case, this report is probably bogus. You failing to reproduce it also is an indication of this.
