I noticed that this actually was nearly the last thing done during the upgrade. I just manually executed "ANALYSE;" and I think my database is in a sane state now. I verified that the changes done in /usr/share/dbconfig-common/data/bacula-director-pgsql/upgrade/pgsql/5.0.0 are in the database and everything looks ok.
