Indeed, it would seem that the amd64 binary package that ccheney built and 
uploaded was not built "clean". If the clean step is run before the build step, 
python/libgearman.py gets created. Since autobuilders don't run clean before 
build, a missing libgearman.py is the result.

To fix this, I changed the rules file to rename the packaged .c files, forcing 
the build step to recreate the .c and .py files.

I've uploaded a new package to mentors.debian.net, its here:

http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/g/gearman-interface/

I believe this should correct the problem. I will request sponsorship for it 
soon, or if you can review and upload it, that would be great.
