I tried to contact you privatly about this, but got a confirmation challenge that asked for a bug report. So, here we go. gitk in version 1:1.7.0.4-1 is not installable in sid on any architecture at least since June 21. The reason for that is Package: gitk Version: 1:1.7.0.4-1 Depends: git-core (>> 1:1.7.0.4), git-core (<< 1:1.7.0.4-.), tk (>= 8.4) and we only have git-core 1:1.7.1-1.1 as a binary package in sid. This versoin of the package should probably be removed from the archive since we have 1:1.7.1-1.1 which is installable.
