If you can't remove the file - is there source included at all? If not the package is in violation of its license because the GPL requires the source to be available. So if no source is to be found this package has to get removed all together because of GPL requirements, we aren't allowed to distribute it without source. If source is available the package can get moved to contrib because I fear there are no free "compilers" for that available.
