Justification: breaks unrelated software
After upgrading latex2html, a unrelated (no latex2html use is involved) latex
project is unable to compile. I get
! Undefined control sequence.
\biburlsetup ->\Urlmuskip
=0mu plus 2mu\relax \mathchardef \UrlBreakPenalty ...
By examining the log file I discovered that latex2html url.sty is
loaded, instead of the correct
/usr/share/texmf-texlive/tex/latex/ltxmisc/url.sty
from the log:
