Thank you for the bug report. We are planning to upgrade to python 2.6 for
mgltools 1.6.0. Our current nightly build (1.6.0) is shipped with python
2.6 and passed all the test in CVS HEAD:
http://mgltools.scripps.edu/downloads/nightly

I anticipate the official release in Q4 2010.
