AFAICT it would be OK for bacula-sd-sqlite, as a transitional package,
to no longer conflict against bacula-sd-tools, so that in situations
where bacula-sd-sqlite is already installed, it is replaced by the empty
package and bacula-sd-sqlite3 gets put in as the default in the
dependency OR statement.

A cursory test with a modified package and then letting apt-get -f
install sort out the results in a chroot did fix the installation.

bacula-sd-sqlite is also then correctly removed when bacula-sd-mysql is
chosen instead.

I'm happy to do an NMU if appropriate. I'll upload a simple change that
drops bacula-sd-tools from the Conflicts: line of bacula-sd-sqlite next
weekend unless I hear otherwise.
