I noticed Daniel is on the LowThresholdNMU list, and this fix is pretty safe
and fixes an RC bug which is blocking two transitions proposed to happen before
we freeze, so I'm intending to NMU when I have a suitable interval of spare
time in the next couple of weeks. Just yell if you'd prefer me not to.
(Although this is blocking two proposed transitions, Adam said on IRC that
neither could start right now for other reasons).
