Automatic builds of python-greenlet swiftly fail with the error
ImportError: No module named setuptools
I suspect adding python-setuptools to Build-Depends should clear that
up, but I haven't verified that it will suffice; please test. (You
might also want to double check python-gevent's build-dependencies.)
