Greetings, Gnome-do works again now, after some "aptitude (full-)upgrade". The problem might have been resolved with the new gtk-sharp2 package, I don't know. I didn't remember doing anything to my Mono installation and recompiling Gnome- do with apt-build didn't work.
Anyway, it works now. Thank you for telling me about this useful program, gacutil, I'll remember to attach its output if a Mono problem were to arise again.
