Justification: FTBFS

Hi,

your debian/rules file contains:
| binary-arch: build install
| # We have nothing to do by default.

which is kinda wrong when building an arch: any package…
| dpkg-genchanges -B -mamd64 Build Daemon (brahms)
<buildd_amd64-bra...@buildd.debian.org> >../pam-python_0.1.1-1_amd64.changes
| dpkg-genchanges: arch-specific upload - not including arch-independent
packages
| dpkg-genchanges: error: cannot read files list file: No such file or directory
| dpkg-buildpackage: error: dpkg-genchanges gave error exit status 2

The fix being trivial, tagging patch to spare some patch submitter
cycles.

Mraw,
KiBi.

I did not notice this bug report before I had uploaded a fixed
version. The build problem should be fixed now.
