Compilation in a pbuilder environment reproduce the bug. Strange thing a standard configure/make runs fine. In this case, it seems quilt doesn't really care that it is call from gnatdis_config directory and that the patches directory is in ../ If I correct the command quilt --quiltrc patches/quiltrc push -a to quilt --quiltrc ../patches/quiltrc push -a it seems to work in both cases. I don't understand why the first case works since I don't have given the right directory first, may be this is related to the source format of the package ?
