Justification: renders package unusable
Because the package is missing the MIBs, traps that worked perfectly
fine before are now not working. snmptrapd shows these errors at startup:

Workaround: installing the MIBs from the old v5.4.1 package into
/usr/share/snmp/mibs makes this 5.4.2.1~dfsg-5 happier.
