Which files would these be? A quick grep -i didn't find any that aren't licensed either as Apache or BSD-ish. Or do you mean the clause in the BSD-ish license saying "The Software shall be used for Good, not Evil"? Is there really debian-legal consensus that such a general statement is a real and valid restriction?
