openssl-blacklist recommends no packages.

openssl-blacklist suggests no packages.

I have problems installing postfix, because openssl-blacklist, on which
postfix depends, fails to install:

First, I try to re-install postfix
su...@freedom:/$ sudo apt-get install postfix
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
postfix is already the newest version.
You might want to run `apt-get -f install' to correct these:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
ssl-cert: Depends: openssl-blacklist but it is not going to be installed
E: Unmet dependencies. Try 'apt-get -f install' with no packages (or specify
a solution).

Then I do what apt-get recommends
su...@freedom:/$ sudo apt-get -f install

Correcting dependencies... Done
The following extra packages will be installed:
  openssl-blacklist
The following NEW packages will be installed:

postfix won't be usable, because it will not be installed.
sudo apt-get clean
sudo apt-get -f install
will NOT fix the issue.
