I have just been informed via a private mail, that it is no problem
license wise due to the granted exceptions. So it is indeed
distributable for us.

However, the question on how to edit these files with tools available in
Debian's main section, is still open. I haven't found a flash editor in
our archive, yet. But was told on irc, that gnash might contain a
"actionscript decompilter", which would allow it somehow to create
derivative works as required by DFSG#3.

So if someone can point me to a way to edit these files, we can
immediatly get rid of this bug :)

Best Regards,
  Alexander
