retitle 325210 glademm has a spurious build-dependency on libgnomeuimm2.0-dev and libgnomemm2.0-dev thanks

Further investigation shows that glademm has an unused build-dependency on libgnomemm2.0-dev as well, which is also a candidate for removal. This should surely either be updated to libgnomemm-2.6-dev or dropped completely.
