Judging by both the build logs and the resulting package dependencies, this is incorrect: you should be build-depending on libgnomeui-dev, not on libgnomeuimm2.0-dev, which is a C++-specific library. It is also obsolete, and I will be requesting its removal from the archive. Please fix this build-dependency.
