While building, the selftests try to bind an dgram socket to
127.1.2.3:12345 which fails on the amd64 autobuilder. Can you adjust
the environment, or do I need to adjust the selftests to not use the
loopback interface? I think and hope the first, since the package built
fine on other archs.
