see [1] for the plans how to address this bug. The package needs a dependency on perl-dbdabi-* as provided by libdbi-perl. The latest version of libdbi-api-perl (>= 1.610.90+is+1.609-1~) include a makefile snippet in /usr/share/libdbi-perl that provide the required information. Please wait with uploading the fix until the current binNMUs (+b4) have migrated to testing in a few days.
