Hi. Hmmm... I'd like to provide a bit more details since I'm not sure it will be so easy for everybody to remove this extension...
I managed to remove it first with the standard way : in the Tools / Extension dialog... which opened and worked well at that time. As I still had a doubt, I reinstalled the web developper extension, and this time I even can't open the extensions management dialog : it crashes on opening :( So I think I'm stuck at the same stage finally :( Maybe it depends on which version of the extension is installed, or some not totally reproductible situation. Too bad. Stupid me to have reinstalled it for further testing ;) Hope this helps though.
