However, this meant a lot of work on my part to track everything, whereas this way it all happens automatically unless there are any objections, in which can I can just delete it from DELAYED. In http://lists.debian.org/debian-devel-announce/2005/07/msg00001.html there is no guideline for the NMU delay for non-libraries. The new libsidplay has been available since the 19th of July (apart from m68k, but that's now about to build). The urgency is low because it's simply a rebuild.
