Well, I was previously sending a diff, and uploading 2 days later if
there were no objections. However, this meant a lot of work on my
part to track everything, whereas this way it all happens
automatically unless there are any objections, in which can I can just
delete it from DELAYED.

In http://lists.debian.org/debian-devel-announce/2005/07/msg00001.html
there is no guideline for the NMU delay for non-libraries. The new
libsidplay has been available since the 19th of July (apart from m68k,
but that's now about to build).

The urgency is low because it's simply a rebuild.

Regards,
Roger
