This is intentional.  All these IM engine packages must be recompiled to
accomodate the libscim ABI transition.  This was explained in
/usr/share/doc/scim/NEWS.Debian.gz, and will be solved by the next
scim-chinese upload.  I am working on it, but as I am on my vacation
right now, the progress will be slow.  Please be patient.
