Package: fetchyahoo
Version: 2.8.8-1
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

-- System Information:
Debian Release: testing/unstable
  APT prefers unstable
  APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'testing'), (1, 'experimental')
Architecture: i386 (i686)
Shell:  /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash
Kernel: Linux 2.6.6-1-686
Locale: LANG=3DC, LC_CTYPE=3DC (charmap=3DANSI_X3.4-1968)

Versions of packages fetchyahoo depends on:

Versions of packages fetchyahoo recommends:

nal
pn procmail <none> (no description available)

-- no debconf information

I have fetchmail configured to run via a cron job every 10 minutes.
Since upgrading to version 2.8.8-1, I get the following error when
running fetchyahoo:

Can't modify non-lvalue subroutine call at /usr/bin/fetchyahoo line
1772.

My crontab entry is:

*/10 * * * * /home/mike/bin/fetchyahoos > /dev/null

/home/mike/bin/fetchyahoos is:

#!/bin/sh
fetchyahoo --quiet --configfile=3D/home/mike/.yahoo-myusername

And the ~/.yahoo-myusername is the same version of that file that I've
been using for almost 2 years now without problems...Last modified date
on that file is Oct 23 2003.

If you have further questions, please let me know.

Thanks,
Mike Vitale
