Heya, mailcrypt does not inhibit emacs22 to be removed, it currently
does not build-depends on it and it has an alternative dependency on
emacs22, 23, -snapshot (and more, in fact).
The current maintainer prefers to keep it that way, but anyhow that
dependency means that emacs22 can be removed safely, as mailcrypt will
be installable (and buildable) anyhow with emacs23.
