Those rebuild tests are not executed on the official buildd network. And
you might very well have found a misconfiguration in my setup.

Do you think that it would be enough to allow outgoing multicast with:
iptables -A OUTPUT -p udp --dst 224.0.0.0/4 -j ACCEPT
?
